The short version: when you buy a tool or enrol in a course on LSD, you're getting a licence to use it — not buying the file outright. This explains what that licence lets you do, how sealed content stays usable offline, and what happens if you get a refund.
Content on LSD — tools, packages, courses, and the media inside them — is licensed to you, not sold. The publisher keeps ownership; you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it as described on its listing and here. Your licence follows your LSD account across your devices.
Use licensed content for your own work, on your own devices, within any limits the listing states (for example a per-seat plan's number of concurrent users). Where a plan explicitly includes source code, you may use it as that plan describes.
Don't redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share licensed content; don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract sealed content except where the law says you can despite this restriction; and don't circumvent, disable, or work around the licence checks, device sealing, or lease mechanism.
Some content is delivered sealed to your device. Your LSD app holds a licence lease that lets sealed content run offline for up to 30 days between check-ins; it renews quietly whenever you're online and signed in. If a lease can't be renewed — for example your licence ended, was refunded, or was revoked — sealed content stops running once the current lease expires. We're telling you this plainly: a licence that ends can be turned off, and sealed content is built so that it can be. This protects publishers from copying; it isn't a way for us to reach into unrelated files on your device.
Enrolling in a course gives you personal access to watch and follow it. "Lifetime" or "yours forever" access means for as long as you keep your LSD account and the platform operates — it isn't a promise the platform runs forever. Your progress and certificates are tied to your account. Course access is for you; don't share your logins.
A pass or free grant is temporary access a publisher gives you at no charge. It's time-limited and revocable: it ends when its clock runs out or if the publisher revokes it. When access under a pass ends, your saved progress is kept, but you'll need to buy or be granted access again to keep using the content.
If you're refunded for a purchase under the Refund Policy, that licence terminates: the credits go back to your balance and your right to use that content ends, including any sealed content once its current lease lapses.
Most content is made by third-party publishers, not by us. Their content is their responsibility; the publisher's listing tells you who they are and how to reach them. Our role is to host and deliver it under this licence.
This licence is governed by the laws of Peru, with disputes subject to the courts of Lima, Peru, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights at home.
