The short version: when you acquire a tool or enrol in a course on LSD, you're getting a licence to use it — not buying the file outright. This explains what that licence lets you do, how sealed content stays usable offline, and what happens if you get a refund.
Content on LSD — tools, packages, courses, and the media inside them — is licensed to you, not sold. The publisher keeps ownership; you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it as described on its listing and here. Your licence follows your LSD account across your devices.
Use licensed content for your own work, on your own devices, within any plan, seat, or other limits shown on the listing at purchase time. A one-time plan grants its stated entitlement after one USD Store-balance debit. A monthly plan lasts through each paid period and renews only after the next balance debit succeeds.
Don't redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share licensed content; don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract sealed content except where the law says you can despite this restriction; and don't circumvent, disable, or work around the licence checks, device sealing, or lease mechanism.
Some content is delivered sealed to your device. Your LSD app holds a licence lease that lets sealed content run offline for up to 30 days between check-ins; it renews quietly whenever you're online and signed in. If a lease can't be renewed — for example your licence ended, was refunded, or was revoked — sealed content stops running once the current lease expires. We're telling you this plainly: a licence that ends can be turned off, and sealed content is built so that it can be. This protects publishers from copying; it isn't a way for us to reach into unrelated files on your device.
Enrolling in a course gives you personal access to watch and follow it. "Lifetime" or "yours forever" access means for as long as you keep your LSD account and the platform operates — it isn't a promise the platform runs forever. Your progress and certificates are tied to your account. Course access is for you; don't share your logins.
If a purchase is refunded or reversed under the Refund Policy, its licence ends. The financial adjustment follows the funding arrangement that applied to the USD Store balance. Sealed content stops working when its current lease expires. A refund or reversal does not grant a right to keep, redistribute, or continue using the content.
Free catalog content may be made by third-party publishers and remains their responsibility; the listing identifies its publisher. The current paid lane is limited to eligible digital products owned by LSD. Third-party paid publishing and payouts are not enabled.
This licence is governed by the laws of Peru, with disputes subject to the courts of Lima, Peru, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights at home.
