The short version: if content on LSD infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we'll act on it. If your content was taken down by mistake, you can send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Send copyright takedown notices to dmca@lsd.tools. We respond to notices that reasonably comply with the DMCA and equivalent copyright law.
To be actionable, a takedown notice needs all six of the following:
Filing a knowingly false claim can make you liable for damages — please only report genuine infringement.
When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material and notify the publisher who posted it, telling them why.

If the original complainant doesn't pursue a court order, we may restore the material in about 10 to 14 business days.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and may act sooner where the situation warrants it.
