The short version: if something you bought on LSD doesn't work as described, ask us within 14 days and we'll refund it. The credits go back to your balance and the licence ends.
For a tool, package, or course you bought with credits, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if it doesn't work as described. Refunds are processed by us — email support@lsd.tools with the item and what went wrong. When we approve a refund, the credits are returned to your LSD balance and your licence to that content terminates (see the Content EULA) — including sealed content once its current lease lapses.
The window is for "doesn't work as described", not buyer's remorse after substantial use. Passes and free grants cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund — they simply end when their time is up or they're revoked. Abuse of refunds — by buyers or publishers — can end access in both directions.
Credits you add to your balance are prepaid stored value. Because payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, refunds of a top-up (as opposed to a content purchase) are made as a Paddle adjustment back to your original payment method, subject to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Contact support@lsd.tools and we'll arrange it. Credits already spent aren't cash-refundable beyond the content-refund process above.
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually sort it out faster. A chargeback or payment dispute may cause us to freeze your wallet while it's investigated and can end access to content obtained with the disputed funds.
When a sale is refunded, it's reversed and netted out of the publisher's attributed earnings, as set out in the Publisher Agreement.
This policy is governed by the laws of Peru, with disputes subject to the courts of Lima, Peru, and doesn't take away mandatory consumer rights you have at home.
This is a plain-language summary of the refund policy; the definitive version may be updated — always check the version and date above.
