The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, take payments, and keep the service working — and not much else. We don't use cross-site advertising trackers, and we only email you about things you'd expect.
The data controller is LSD TOOLS S.R.L. (RUC 20600245806), registered in Peru. You can reach us any time at support@lsd.tools.
We measure how the site and app are used with our own analytics — no third-party ad
trackers and no cross-site cookies. Where we need to tell visitors apart we use a
salted hash of your IP address (a one-way ip_hash), not your raw IP;
your user_id is attached only when you're signed in. We don't sell this data or use it to
follow you around other websites.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment details and billing information needed to take payment, prevent fraud, and issue your invoice, and handles applicable taxes. We receive the record of the transaction — not your full card details. See Paddle's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
If you publish on LSD, you can see analytics and sales for your own content only — aggregated numbers and the access records you need to support your buyers. Publishers don't get access to other publishers' data or to buyers' payment details.
We send transactional email only: verifying your address, resetting your password, security notices, receipts and support replies, and notices required to run your account. We don't run marketing email campaigns from these records.
We share data only with the service providers we need to run LSD (such as Paddle for payments and our hosting and email providers), when the law requires it, or to protect the platform and its users. We don't sell your personal data.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@lsd.tools. We'll hard-delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what we're legally required to (for example transaction records for tax and accounting). To be transparent: this is currently a manual process handled by our team across our systems rather than a self-serve button — we're building tooling to streamline it, but the 30-day commitment stands today.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We handle personal data in line with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733) and apply comparable protections for users elsewhere, including GDPR-style rights where they apply. To exercise any of these, email support@lsd.tools.
We may update this note; we'll change the version and effective date above. Questions? Email support@lsd.tools.
This is a plain-language summary of how we handle data; the definitive version may be updated — always check the version and date above.
