The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, process payments, and keep the service working — and not much else. We don't use cross-site advertising trackers, and we only email you about things you'd expect.

We measure how the site and app are used with our own analytics — no third-party ad
trackers and no cross-site cookies. Where we need to tell visitors apart we use a
salted hash of your IP address (a one-way ip_hash), not your raw IP;
your user_id is attached only when you're signed in. We don't sell this data or use it to
follow you around other websites.
LSD records the exact USD Store balance and ledger movements needed to fund and fulfil Store purchases, including one-time purchases, monthly renewals, cancellations, refunds, reversals, and the entitlement attached to each purchase. A Store purchase itself debits this balance; it does not send its price to an external checkout.
A deployment may leave external funding and automatic reload unavailable. If an approved provider-backed funding flow is offered, that provider collects its own payment and billing details under its privacy terms. LSD receives only the identifiers, amount, currency, status, and adjustment records needed to post or reconcile the resulting Store-balance movement and provide support. Do not send us a full card number or other payment credential through an LSD support or account form.
If you publish on LSD, you can see records for your own content only. Publishers do not get access to other publishers' data or private account details.
We send transactional email only: verifying your address, resetting your password, security notices, support replies, and notices required to run your account. We don't run marketing email campaigns from these records.
We share data only with the providers needed to run LSD, including an approved funding provider where that capability is enabled and our hosting and email providers, when the law requires it, or to protect the platform and its users. We don't sell your personal data.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@lsd.tools. We'll hard-delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what we're legally required to (for example transaction records for tax and accounting). To be transparent: this is currently a manual process handled by our team across our systems rather than a self-serve button — we're building tooling to streamline it, but the 30-day commitment stands today.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We handle personal data in line with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley N° 29733) and apply comparable protections for users elsewhere, including GDPR-style rights where they apply.
