We collect the data needed to operate LSD.tools accounts, deliver digital products, process orders through Paddle, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
The data controller is Rodrigo Uribe, trading as LSD.tools, based in Peru. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@lsd.tools.
Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record and online reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment authorisation, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes under its own privacy and buyer terms.
LSD.tools does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or bank credentials. We receive order identifiers, amount, currency, payment/refund status, and adjustment records needed to credit or debit Store balance, grant or end licences, reconcile orders, and help with support. Never send card details to LSD.tools support.
We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, security, and remembering local preferences. Our analytics are first-party and cookieless for measurement; we do not use them for cross-site advertising or sell analytics data.
Paddle's checkout overlay may use its own cookies or similar technologies to operate checkout, prevent fraud, and comply with payment obligations, as described by Paddle.
We share data only with service providers needed to host the site and application, deliver email, process payments through Paddle, store and deliver purchased content, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Publishers can see records for their own content only and do not receive private account or payment credentials.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment, ledger, tax, licence, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be kept after account closure where needed to prove transactions, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect against abuse. Support and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, and backups age out during normal rotation.
Email support@lsd.tools to request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal data, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions for transaction, tax, security, and accounting records. You may also delete your account through the available account process or by contacting support.
If we cannot resolve a privacy concern, you may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
