These Terms govern your use of LSD.tools, the LSD desktop application, and the digital tools, packages, courses, and content offered through them.
LSD.tools is operated by Rodrigo Uribe, trading as LSD.tools, based in Peru. In these Terms, “LSD.tools”, “we”, and “us” refer to that operator. You can contact us at support@lsd.tools.
LSD.tools is a visual data platform. We provide the LSD desktop application, a Python-based tool platform, digital tool packages, courses, and related downloadable or online digital content. Some items are free and others are paid digital licences. We do not sell physical goods through LSD.tools.
Paid items may be offered as a one-time licence or a monthly plan. The product page shows the seller, what is included, the licence or access period, the price in US dollars, and whether the price is one-time or monthly before you buy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Checkout for card and other supported payment methods is provided by Paddle in an overlay at /checkout/pay. Paddle calculates and shows the final total, including applicable taxes, before you authorise payment. Your account may hold a USD Store balance recorded in whole cents. Where balance funding is offered, the exact USD amount you choose to pay is credited after Paddle confirms payment. Eligible Store purchases debit the exact displayed amount from that balance when the licence is granted. Store balance belongs to one account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Digital tools, courses, packages, and media are licensed to you, not sold. A licence is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the plan, seats, devices, access period, and other limits shown at purchase. Some content is device-sealed and may use an offline licence lease for up to 30 days between online check-ins.
You must not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or sublicense licensed content; work around licence, device-sealing, or technical protections; misuse or overload the service; scrape it at scale; upload content you do not have the rights to use; or use LSD.tools unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, provide a real email address, verify it, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
You may stop using LSD.tools and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, creates a security or fraud risk, infringes rights, or puts the platform or other users at risk. Termination does not remove records we must retain for payment, tax, security, accounting, or legal reasons.
We work to keep LSD.tools available and correct, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the affected LSD.tools products in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.
We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be handled as described in the applicable legal document and, where required, with notice or renewed acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lima, Peru, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you rights in your own country.
