The short version: publish what you made, keep owning it, and price it how you like. We host it, distribute it, and review new content before it goes live. On paid sales you keep 85% and the platform takes 15%. The longer version follows.
This Publisher Agreement is between you (the "Publisher") and the operator of lsd.tools, LSD TOOLS S.R.L. (RUC 20600245806), a limited-liability company registered in Peru. It applies whenever you publish tools, courses, or posts on LSD, and it sits on top of our Terms of Service. You must be at least 18.
Your content stays yours. You keep all intellectual-property rights in the tools, courses, videos, images, and writing you publish. Nothing here transfers ownership to us.
To run the platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content to users — including delivering it through device-sealed licences and time-limited offline leases, generating previews and thumbnails, and showing it in listings, search, and marketing for the platform. This licence lasts while your content is on LSD and for a short wind-down period after removal (for caches, backups, and copies already delivered to users under their own licences).
Publish only work you made or have the rights to distribute. Don't publish other people's work, malware, or content that breaks the law or targets people. Your publisher page carries your name — what appears under it is your responsibility. You confirm your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights and doesn't contain anything harmful or unlawful.
New content and new versions go through a per-item review before they appear publicly — we check that it runs, that the listing is honest, and that it's yours. We may ask for changes. After something is live we can delist it if it breaks this agreement or the law, and we'll tell you why. We may remove content immediately where we're legally required to or where it poses a real risk.
Everything sold or granted to users is delivered under the platform's standard Content EULA. You appoint us to license your content to users on those standard terms on your behalf. You don't ship your own separate end-user contract through LSD.
You set your prices; free and paid are both welcome. On each paid sale the split is 85% to you and a 15% platform fee to us, calculated on the sale price. Your share is attributed to you now and shown in your studio as sales happen, so you can see what you've earned from day one.
Payouts are not live yet. The payout mechanism, minimum thresholds, supported methods, and any tax forms will be announced before payouts launch, and you'll be able to review them then. Until then we record every sale and hold your attributed share — we do not silently keep it. We may need identity or tax information from you before we can pay out, as the law requires.
When a buyer is refunded under our Refund Policy, that sale is reversed and the refunded amount (including your 85% share) is netted out of your attributed earnings. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and may be deducted the same way.
You can issue passes and manual grants — free, time-limited, revocable access to your content. Passes and free grants are marketing, not sales: they produce no revenue and no attributed earnings, and they can be revoked. See the Content EULA for how access under a pass behaves for the user.
You warrant that you have the rights to publish your content and to grant the licences above, and that your content is accurate about what it does and safe to run as described. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your content or your breach of this agreement — for example a third-party IP claim over something you published.
You can stop publishing and remove your listings at any time; users who already bought or were granted access keep it under their existing licences, and attributed earnings already recorded remain payable once payouts launch. We can suspend or end your publishing for breach of this agreement.
We may update this agreement; we'll change the version and effective date above. For material changes we'll ask you to re-accept before you submit anything new — your existing content stays live in the meantime.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Peru, with disputes subject to the courts of Lima, Peru.
This is a plain-language summary; the definitive terms may be updated — see the version history.
