The short version: publish what you made and keep owning it. We validate and review package artifacts before an approved free tool package becomes public. Paid publishing and payouts are not enabled. The longer version follows.
This Publisher Agreement is between you (the "Publisher") and the operator of lsd.tools, LSD TOOLS S.R.L. (RUC 20600245806), a limited-liability company registered in Peru. It applies whenever you submit a tool-package version for publication in the LSD catalog, and it sits on top of our Terms of Service. You must be at least 18.
Your package stays yours. You keep all intellectual-property rights in the code, package assets, listing text, and images you submit. Nothing here transfers ownership to us.
To run the current free catalog, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, review, display, countersign, and distribute the submitted tool-package version and its listing assets. This licence also lets us show the package in catalog search and platform marketing. It lasts while the package is available and for a short wind-down period after removal for backups, caches, and copies users already acquired under their licence.
Submit only tool packages and listing assets you made or have the rights to distribute. Don't submit other people's work, malware, deceptive functionality, or unlawful content. Your publisher page carries your name — what appears under it is your responsibility. You confirm each submitted package does not infringe anyone's rights and contains nothing harmful or unlawful.
Every submitted tool-package version goes through a per-version review before it appears publicly. We validate the immutable artifact, review its listing, and may approve it, reject it with feedback, or ask for a new version. After publication we can delist a package that breaks this agreement or the law. We may remove it immediately where legally required or where it poses a real risk.
Every free package acquisition is delivered under the platform's standard Content EULA. You appoint us to license your package to users on those standard terms on your behalf. You don't ship a separate end-user contract through LSD.
The current third-party publishing lane accepts free packages only. No publisher sale, platform fee, attributed earnings, payout, pass, or manual paid grant is created. We will publish a new agreement and require explicit acceptance before paid publishing is enabled.
You warrant that you have the rights to publish your package and to grant the licences above, and that its listing accurately describes what it does and that it is safe to run as described. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your package or your breach of this agreement — for example a third-party IP claim over something you published.
You may withdraw a submitted version before publication or request that a published listing be removed. Existing free acquisitions remain subject to their licences. We can suspend or end publishing for breach of this agreement.
We may update this agreement; we'll change the version and effective date above. For material changes we'll ask you to re-accept before you submit anything new — your existing published packages stay live in the meantime.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Peru, with disputes subject to the courts of Lima, Peru.
